This page explains what the app does with your information and what it does not do.

Data Collection

Home Inventory Vault does not collect personal data, analytics, or tracking information.

Home Inventory Vault does not require account creation or sign-in.

Inventory records, receipts, photos, manuals, reminders, and exports are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export a file.

Camera: used only when you choose to scan receipts, documents, barcodes, or capture item photos
Photo Library: used only when you choose to import images
Face ID: used only if you enable the optional app lock
Notifications: used only if you enable local reminders

No data is shared with third parties by default. Files only leave the device when you explicitly export or share them through iOS system tools.
